Predicting Housing Prices

This project aims to help a Real Estate Development Company looking to enter the King County housing market by conducting a comprehensive analysis that focuses on the key factors that influence housing prices.

Data Analysis is done to visualize and explore relationships such as:

• The Relationship Between Number of bathrooms and its price
• The relationship between the square footage of the home and its price
• The impact of the King County housing grading system on the pricing of homes in the market.

Also, a linear regression model that can predict housing prices in this market is developed.
